Optimal Health

Carnivores have a gut microbiome that has several important functions in the breakdown of food and producing short chain fatty acids(converts fat to energy), bile acids, vitamins, and nutrients. It’s also responsible for the development of bodily systems. Like nervous, renal, digestive, immune and respiratory. Good bacteria needs to be fed through proper diet. It is important in regulating immune components, including cells, receptors, and suppressing inflammation. If not fed the proper diet to feed the micro biome , it creates illness like dysbosis (imbalance of micro flora in the gut), leaky gut syndrome (holes in the gut lining) loss of beneficial organisms, expansion of harmful microorganisms, and decreasing overall health.

Studies have showed not only does the carnivore live a life of optimal health, they are showing to live longer than the carnivore on a dry or processed diet.
